The Arm-Matic™ fits raised, straight and extended box styles. The tarp spool can be mounted directly into cab shields: with end plates behind an existing bulkhead, with end plates and extruded windshield or as a welded and assembled complete housing. Housing can be top mounted or mounted in front using support braces.

Windshields and bent tarp arms are bright anodized to reduce wear and scratching. Bright anodized metal cleans up with a mild detergent solution and gets high marks for durability – it’s corrosion resistant, UV resistant and won’t fade or shift color in extreme conditions.

For systems up to 24 feet, extruded aluminum arms include a two-foot, 30-degree bend. The bend is used to clear doors and loading areas or can be cut out for straight arms if not needed. All systems greater than 24 feet in length get a straight arm.

All steel components come Shur-Sealed™ for corrosion resistance. Clamp-on arm hold-downs are available as an option and can also be added to an existing system to eliminate the bouncing that may occur in transit.

This is the perfect system for dump bodies, end dumps, belly dumps and frameless trailers. (Half-round trailers can be accommodated with specially constructed brackets.)

The 1-piece extruded aluminum, bright anodized windshield has lasting shine and increased corrosion resistance. The Superwinch worm-drive motor with 90:1 gear ratio, 1.3 hp and 1,125 in-pounds of torque is backed by a 3-year warranty.

Rocker switch operation comes standard. An upgrade to our 5-channel SMARTransmitter™ offers even more convenience and productivity. It puts all the power at your fingertips and is especially helpful on lead/
pup trains.

A 3-piece assembly allows the crossover/tarp tube to be custom fit to any width trailer. Built from strong Gatorshield™ tubing, the elbows are at one with the crossover for a strong transition from arms to tarp tube.

The extruded aluminum tarp arms’ 1-piece styling eliminates joint weakness – these arms are guaranteed unbreakable. Bent arms are bright anodized for consistency, corrosion resistance and UV resistance.

The solid vinyl* or mesh tarp can be mounted with screws directly into the extrusion or with square nuts inserted into the tarp axle channel for fast, easy replacement. * NOTE: Vinyl only available up to 24 feet.

Spring options are 4-spring external for trailers to 18 feet, 5-spring external to 24 feet. Torsional springs with over 600 foot-lbs. of torque are available with underbody or under-rail mounting on trailers to 38 feet.

High-strength steel pivot shafts feature a milled hexagonal shape for finer tension adjustment. The cast-steel hexagonal pivot connector is nickel-chrome plated for lasting good looks.
